Whilst it’s sad to see Heidi Klum flying Han Solo on the red carpet, she looked amazing whilst attending the amfAR New York Gala to kick off Fall 2012 Fashion Week.
She looked statuesque wearing a gown by Roberto Cavalli.
Her onyx jewels complemented her slick sequined column gown which she styled with a simple chic ponytail.
My only complaint about this look is that it appears to be sitting too low.

“My only complaint about this look is that it appears to be sitting too low.” – I agree 100%.
Her eyes look sad.
Neck up is gorgeous but I don’t like the dress itself. The dress doesn’t highlight her great body.
This dress makes her look thick in the torso, and we know that isn’t really the case. I don’t care for the points at the bust line, either.
I don’t like the fit of this dress.
I love Heidi but rarely like her RC choices. She looks great in this smokey brown Cavalli though I don’t care for the way it fits or is finished at the bust line.
Agree–the straight across cut is not flattering, but the dress itself is nice on her.
Wow this is a stunning gown and Heidi wears it well, love the color.
I think she doesn´t seem to be happy and that is translated to the look
Looks like a pony, as opposed to a bun. I find she looks tired…
Don’t love the dress–it’s sitting too low, and aside from that it’s just too busy and too tight. I don’t how she walks in it!
classy & sexy
When did she get that crappy tattoo? Eurgh.
it is sleek high ponytail..
She looks like she doesn’t really want to be there. Dress is droopy, makeup is uninspired and the hair style accentuates the regrowth.
