Beyonce Knowles made her first public appearance since giving birth to daughter Blue Ivy Carter when she stepped out in New York City on Monday evening.
She was supporting her husband Jay-Z who performed at the Carnegie Hall to benefit the United Way of New York City and the Shawn Carter Foundation.
The singer is already back to her bootylicious best as she looked sensational wearing an Alice by Temperley dress.
An Alexander McQueen clutch, embellished Christian Louboutin heels and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry completed her look.
What a remarkable comeback.

This is very relaxed for Beyonce, minimal makeup which I love and the ruching (sp?) hides a few things.

Wow. This is what she looks like ONE MONTH after giving birth? It’s a miracle…she looks better now than she did before she was pregnant! This is going to have those conspiracy theorists who claim she was never pregnant to begin with working overtime.
I believe great styling should hide your blemishes and highlight your attributes and that’s exactly what this dress does for her.
The conspiracy theorist were going to have something to say regardless. They’re bored with themselves or they gained too much weight during their pregnancy or they’ve never had children so they don’t know how quickly your body can bounces back.
I gained 35lbs during pregnancy and I have a picture about 2 weeks after I gave birth and my body looks similar to this, more round/curvy but well proportioned and easily smoothed by appropriate undergarments.
Good choice of dress for her. I wish people would cut her some slack.

Considering what she looked like before her pregnancy, I think it’s definitely obvious she gave birth. She looks great but yeah, those hips don’t lie lol.
She is most likely wearing spanx, and she is still carrying weight. It is so obvious that she gave birth to that child, they need to stop with these theories. LOL.

Obviously there is some weight gaining going on but I love it that she EMBRACES the extra weight and shows it to the world with that body hugging red dress !!! This woman is just too beautiful for words.
