Following her brief visit to Asia, Rooney Mara attended the 27th Annual Santa Barbara Film Festival Virtuosos Award where she was recipient of an award.
She was gorgeous in green wearing a Louis Vuitton Pre-Fall 2012 dress.
I’m sure many of you are in shock that she’s wearing a colour other than black or white.
Her sleeveless green pocked dress answers all of our prayers.
Black Giambattista Valli sandals and a slick back low ponytail completed her look.
Does this dress feel a tad familiar?
That’s because Rooney wore a similar dress from the same collection for the Paris premiere of ‘The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo’.
Rooney arrived at the event wearing the green Louis Vuitton Pre-Fall 2012 coat.

Nothing surprising, but she does look gorgeous. I love that shade of green.

Perfect. Def. one of her better looks. The colour, the interesting shape/structure of the dress and flirty shoes fully make up for her simplistic lack of accessories approach.
Would have preferred a different silhouette, but the green is gorgeous! The coat is fabulous, so overall it’s a good look for her. So glad to see her stepping outside her comfort zone a bit and looking great. The shoes are awesome.

I love the color and all of the looks from the LV Pre-Fall collection! But here’s the thing, I personally cannot stand her in interviews so no matter what she’s wearing all I can think about is how dour she ALWAYS appears. It’s telling when someones lack of personality overtakes their wardrobe. But here’s the evidence….
