Katy Perry was at the grand opening of 1 OAK Mirage Hotel & Casino for the GiveLove charity event on Saturday in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The singer, who’s sporting blue hair these days, wore an McQ Alexander McQueen black dress with silver embellished detailing around the neckline.
Her flirty yet edgy dress was teamed with Alexander McQueen platform wedge sandals with a silver moulded metal heel which were first worn by Nicki Minaj.
Kohl-rimmed eyes, pink lips and a blue-tipped manicure completed her look.

Her face looks much improved. She’s still wearing a lot of eye makeup, but seems to have toned it down for the rest of her face and her skin’s glowing. The blue hair is ok, but only because she’s Katy Perry.

This does nothing for me, head to toe. The dress is uninspiring and the shoes are hideous. I really dislike the harsh hair and make up. The whole thing is harsh and dark. Katy has done much better many times before.
I just really wish she would go back to the long black wavy hair. *le sigh* But the dress + sandals look great on her.
Tacky tacky. Don’t like one bit of it.
