Florence Welch was spotted leaving BBC Radio 1 last week.
The singer, who we are used to seeing wearing floaty chiffon gowns on stage, opted for a very different look on this occasion.
She wore a Kenzo Fall 2011 suit.
Whilst the paisley suit looks like the handy work of Maria for ‘The Von Trapp Children’, I have to say Florence kinda makes it work for her.
She teamed the look with Ralph Lauren purple suede loafers, a beaded necklace and a tan Jason Wu ‘Jourdan’ bag.
What do you think about this look?
She makes it work, or did she raid Hugh Hefner closet?

Oh god , no.
Her style is overrated (just like Alexa Chung), most of the time she looks old and dowdy. No exception here – very aging and unflattering, the print/colour and that necklace over the buttoned up shirt just aged her 20 years (or more), and the clownish pants (the fit) paired with those ugly loafers make the whole thing comical. This just looks ugly no matter how hard she tried to coordinate this look.
Atrocious. Looks like she borrowed it from Sir Elton’s closet.
I love it, the colours look great on her and she picked some great accessories
Not loving it–makes her look really short and boxy when she has a really great figure.
No. Just, no.

The Von Trapp Children– Too funny!!
A fabulous nude shoe would have made this ensemble bearable. But as is? Just…no.
leaving aside the fashion overkill of wearing the complete runway number, she looks dreadful to me in this thing, she fares better sticking to pre-raphaelite chiffon gowns…
This is wrong on so many levels that I don’t even know where to start. I mean, IT’S A PAISLEY SUIT!!!!!! *Chokes*
