In the absence of Nicole my vote goes to Evan Rachel Wood
Without a doubt, it´s Angelina for me. Jessica Alba -2nd. (would´ve been Nicole Kidman otherwise).
Tilda, Emma and Evan Rachel Wood.
Nicole Kidman was also my best dressed. Voting for Emma Stone, my second place.
Struggling to decide between Tilda and Evan. On the one hand, Tilda’s look is stunning, directional and fresh…for the Golden Globes. It’s not a new look for her in general (altho she looks fab). On the other hand the incredible detail that went into Evan’s gown deserves recognition.
*sigh*

Umm…where’s Nicole Kidman?!
I voted for Emma because I just loved the way her look all came together – loved the dress, the belt, the hair, shoes, makeup, everything. I also loved Angelina and Evan. Charlize looked stunning but it’s just too hard for me to love all that pale pink draping.
My top three made it to this list: Tilda, Evan and Emma.
Tilda is just outstanding! Evan looks nothing but amazing! Emma is almost perfection, I have issues with her hair colour clashing with the dress colour.
So, the final vote goes to… Evan!
Michelle gets a point because she steped out of her comfort zone (different style, pattern and colour)
I think Evan’s dress was the most interting and most beautiful piece of the night.
And She was breath-taking it it. So I voted for Evan.

I feel kind of guilty about it, but i think i kind of adored Piper Perabo. There was something about the dress and the makeup that was so beautiful
Nicole Kidman should easily be here. Especially over say Reese Witherspoon who looked particuraly boring and whose dress, in most shots, looked really wrinkled. And her hair was a mess.
Ditto! Nicole Kidman and Shailene Woodley were my top two, followed by Emma Stone!

Your choices are very different from mine. I only had Emma Stone and Angelina Jolie on my Best Dressed list, but I love your choices too. All gowns above are absolutely gorgeous!

I had a very tough time deciding between Angelina and Rachel. I loved both look alot. Angelina for modern elegance and Rachel for dramatic glamour. Tilda and Jessica follow them.
P.S- Very happy that you and the site are back running.
Scrap that, Dianna Agron was my next best dressed after Angelina and Rachel.
For me it was between Lanvin and Versace. And Angelina in Versace easily win this for me. I don’t want to be stereotyped but Angelina looked spectacular !!!
For once it’s Angelina Jolie for me. Normally I’m not a fan of her style but she did look like Hollywood royalty and she holds her back so straight she looks very regal. I loved the red lips.

Charlize’s dress is ridiculous. Like some bizarro prom dress.

Except Reese and Salma (because of the awful hair, not the gowns which I think are incredible) and Emma (that biker belt kills anything that waould have been initially right with the look, specially for the Golden Globes ceremony and yes, despite the fact that shes almost always great and I love her), I think all other contestants look stunning: Chalize Theron-enviably gorgeous, Jessica Alba-beautiful… However Tilda and Angelina were just on another league on this occassion. Specially Angelina, truly surprising and total best dressed of the year moment.
My faves were Julie Bowen in Reem Acra, Jessica Chastain in Givenchy…oh, there were a lot! Angelina looks good but I ended up voting for Michelle
Looks like accepting the snow white wicked witch role was smart on Charlize’s part, as it’s obvious she’s getting the Kristen Stewart/Twi fan base support. This time last year, or the year before, she would have been dead last….now she’s just a bit behind la Jolie. Just goes to show how hot kstew is.
Charlize Theron to me all the way she was shinning like a golden princess, it’s been a long time i haven’t seen such a flawless old holywood glamour look in a red carpet, it’s like i was watching Grace Kelly and Monroe all in one. The best look by far, She was so angelic and fabulous prefect hair makeup diamond dress a total package from head to toe!
Jessica Alba? Her previous style from Rachel Zoe is not that good, this one from Brad Goreski is even worse
In my opinion,all girls look very nice,but Joli the best she always looks amazing.
