Jodie Foster stayed faithful to her favourite designer, Giorgio Armani, at the 2012 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday.
The surprising thing was that the dress wasn’t in her favourite colour, navy blue.
On this occasion she dazzled in a Mediterranean-blue custom Giorgio Armani gown.
Her fully beaded strapless corset dress with a structured crescent-shaped bustier dress has an intricate border that combines rosettes and multi-bead patterns.
The final detail was the cinched waist which gathers into a beaded side ruffle that cascades down her skirt.
I wish she’d opted for silver shoes, but instead she opted for black Ferragamo peep-toes.

Loved the hair, makeup and color of the dress. It looked a hair matronly to me. Agree about needing silver shoes FC.
The dress colour complements her eyes, she looks amazing but needed silver shoes!
I thought she looked gorgeous.
The dress looks sloppy/awkward on her, and her hair and makeup are too plain. Combined with her shoe choice, this look is just too blah.
Agreed. The color is lovely, though! Matches her eyes but that’s the only good thing about this.
She looks really short + the shoes are hideous.
Bar shoes she looks amazing in this exquisite dress.
I like that she opted for such a nice colour, but the black shoes were a wrong choice. I agree that a pair of silver ones would have been great!
