Golden Globe nominee Viola Davis attended the 2012 AFI Awards in Beverly Hills this afternoon.
After wearing a lot of bright colours for her last few outings, Viola opted for a white David Meister Signature dress.
The white textured sheath dress with a slit neckline was paired with a black blazer.
I’m disappointed she opted to wear the blazer, but thankful she opted for some juicy red pumps by Sergio Rossi.

I like the jacket that makes for the strong black and white combo, but I’m not sold on the shoes. She looks great, I quite like the new hair style.

I am loving Viola, her recent looks have been great. I like the overall look, especially the shoes as they add a bit of fun to the look. I don’t have a problem with the blazer
I think she looks absolutely amazing and I love her smile.
I find her always so styled – And I know everyone one the red carpet is styled but for me the effort she is making always shows – I wish she could just look more natural

For me the blazer neither detracts nor enhances the look. I love the addition of the pumps though. I can’t tell whether they have a tiny cut out on the toe or just a little print.
