Jessica Lowndes took to the red carpet to attend Forevermark and InStyle’s ‘A Promise of Beauty and Brilliance’ Golden Globe Awards Event on Tuesday in Beverly Hills, California.

The ‘90210’ star wore a Lela Rose midnight-blue dress.

The pretty fringed organza dress with a black waistband was styled with black ankle-strap platforms, an onyx ring and a Kotur snakeskin clutch.

Pin-straight hair, smoky eyes and pretty pink lip colour completed her look.
