Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana have introduced their first jewelry collection.

Using the most exquisite materials – tri-colour gold, rubies, sapphires and pearls – they created an 80-piece range of extravagant jewels that are subtle and understated but always rooted in the font of one of the designers’ main sources of inspiration: Sicily.

There are the beautifully fashioned hand-engraved keys, coins, hearts, hexes, and horseshoes that jangle on the rich gold of charm bracelets and necklaces, or dangle alone from a ring as a pendant.

Also, a representation of the designers’ soul: jewelled crosses, black jade rosaries and delicate filigree ceramic icons held by precious Byzantine inspiration chains.

Bianca Balti, who also appears in the Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2012 ad campaign alongside Monica Bellucci, stars in the seductive Dolce & Gabbana Jewellery campaign which was shot by Giampaolo Sgura.
