Brandy Norwood attended the New Year’s Eve party at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas with her new beau, Ryan Press.
The singer looked gorgeous wearing an Emilio Pucci Fall 2011 dress.
Her black long-sleeve dress has embroidered gold details on the bodice to make her LBD stand out.
She didn’t overwhelm her dress with too many accessories, opting for a simple black clutch and gold jewels.
Ryan complemented Brandy’s look wearing a sharp velvet suit with a purple bow-tie.
What a beautiful couple.

A beautiful couple indeed. Love the dress , especially the detail and I love Bransy’s styling. Simple but chic. I also like that she has positioned the dress to give less clevage!!

I’m so glad she didn’t let her “twins” hang out like the model!! This dress is a simpler take on the ill-fitting Pucci that Beyonce waddled around in at the Met Gala.
Like it much better on her than the model. It was too revealing on the runway but it works for Brandy!
