The one thing we admire most about Diane Kruger is that her style is all her own.

She never fails to deliver each time she hits the red carpet.

The German actress is rarely on any ‘Who Wore It Better?’ poll because she makes an effort to stand out from the Hollywood clones.

She continues to be experimental by bringing new designers to the red carpet like Alessandra Rich and No.21, whilst staying true to her favourites, Chanel and Jason Wu.

My personal Diane Kruger highlights this year were her Jason Wu Met Gala dress and short suit.

Miranda Kerr is known to us as a Victoria’s Secret supermodel, but we are now paying greater attention to her street style.

The yummy mummy has that knack, which most models seem to possess, of throwing on a simple everyday look and making it much more exciting than our everyday ensembles.

How does she do it? And with a young baby in toe most of the time.

From running errands, to walks with her family, to making her way to a runway show in Paris, the girl has a penchant for mixing blazers, leather jackets, maxi dresses, cropped pants, skinny jeans, maxi skirts, denim shorts, leather pants and slouchy tops with lustful accessories to create the perfect off-duty street style.

There’s something about Leighton Meester’s feet; they have charisma.

That’s because they were dressed in the most interesting, varied and fashion-forward shoes to tread the red carpet this year.

Not a ‘Trib Too’ or ‘Daffodil’ went near her no doubt well-manicured feet and we love her for that.

Now, if only her and her stylist could educate the rest of Hollywood, I would have one less thing to moan about.

In 2011 we saw more celebrity mothers-to-be than ever before.

Victoria Beckham, Kate Hudson, Selma Blair and Bryce Dallas Howard were just a few who were showcasing their maternity style on the streets and on the red carpet, but it was Jessica Alba whose style you loved the most.

Atelier Versace gowns, empire-waist frocks, brightly colour-blocked Diane von Furstenberg dresses, Dolce & Gabbana animal-print maxis, Lanvin separates and a D&G floral dress, which is still my personal favourite, put an impressive spin on maternity style.

Not an oversized sweater nor baggy pair of sweats was in sight.

Runner up: Victoria Beckham.
