Rachel Zoe was surrounded by family and friends for the launch party of the ZOE Media Group at The Sayers Club in Hollywood, California yesterday evening.
The stylist, reality star, media mogul took to the red carpet wearing a YSL Spring 2009 jumpsuit.
Her maroon sequined jumpsuit was a festive choice for the season.
I’m surprised she didn’t pick a look from her own collection, but this was one of my favourite looks from this collection so I’m delighted to see it on the red carpet.
Rachel added our not-so-favourite YSL Trib Too’s to her look along with a black clutch and gold cocktail ring.
With her hair swept to one side with a loose braided ponytail she completed her look with burgundy lip colour.

Not working for be on Rachel. She looks like a little boy whose britches are too short…
I am disappointed about the shoe choice as well.
I hate this look from head to toe, literally. And she couldn’t use this opportunity to wear her own collection especially when it’s HER event? Someone needs a lesson from the Victoria Beckham school of self promotion.
Oh dear… looks like she’s plastic-wrapped herself (same on the runway model, too). Sorry, but this isn’t working for me.
she is a stylist?!and she’s still wearing Trib Too’s?????
and of all things availible she choose that jumpsuit?
I am totally perplexed
very strange she didn’t wear her own design–though reviews on the quality don’t seem to be very great. pretty color though
I love this jumpsuit on the runway but on Rachel it looks too big. I know she likes to wear flowing clothes but come on.
I like it !
me too! her hair looks awesome!
I don’t really care for this on Rachel.
the jumpsuit is great! but the stylist is yet again wearing something way way too big…she must be sizeblind…
It’s a great jumpsuit but she needed a belt and and a more fun pair of shoes.
UGH! I really dislike this look–from the highwater pants to the tacky sparkle…not one bit of good, imo. And TRIB TOOS with it? I love a black pump but these are SO over-played.
It`s not bad at all (the angle of the photo doesn`t help) – with the right pair of interesting shoes this look would`ve been telling a whole different story.
i looks tragic on her!
I adore her hair. Also, shoes aside (we know form her clients that she has drab shoe taste) I like the look. I have been so excited for Christmas except my teachers have literally been like the grinch personified until today (last day -YAY!!!!!!), so the festivity is divine.
The hair and makeup are incredible. Joey (is that his name?) needs a raise.
Even stylists get it wrong!
Amen!
Rachel has done an amazing job on her clients in the past but for some reason I never feel what she’s wearing herself. Weird.
