Ashlee Simpson was spotted wearing the same dress earlier this month whilst out with her son and pregnant sister Jessica in New York City.
The singer styled her dress with black open-toe ankle boots and a black wool coat.
Her street-style look was complete with a perfect pink glossy pout.
I’m going to go with Ashlee on this one. I much prefer her makeup to Rachel’s.

I’m going with Rachel on this one. I prefer the clean and pared back quality of her look as opposed to Ashlee, who managed to make the dress look quite complicated with that panelled jacket and heavy ankle boot.
Totally went with Ashlee! I love how she edged it up with the sleek jacket and ankle boots…it feels like it all goes together whereas Rachel’s accessories feel random to me. I love Ashlee’s hair and makeup with it too!

Where is the option for neither, as in neither of them looks good in it? It is a rather ugly dress IMHO.
Neither of them wore it well – Rachel`s pumps are an eyesore while Ashlee`s wool jacket/ankle boots do not work for this cute simple dress.
