Miley Cyrus opted for her second show-stopping gown whilst attending CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute at the Shrine Auditorium in LA on Sunday.
The 19-year-old star was joined on the red carpet by her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth and she wore a Roberto Cavalli gown.
Her floor length gown with an embellished empire waist also has a ruffled hem.
She once again accessorised with Alaia heels but opted for more subtle Neil Lane jewels on this occasion.
A side-swept messy over-the-shoulder braid was the youthful element for this look.
Many of you disliked her makeup for her previous Jenny Packham look, so do you think her smoky eye makeup, bold blush and nude lipgloss works better with her Cavalli gown?

Someone needs to explain to the child that if you keep your bosoms out all the time they become less than special. Miley, tuck them in and remember that you don’t have to show your stuff to be provocative or sexy. It’s more about what you don’t show.

Makeup here is so very much better. Messy braid seems a bit casual for the style of the dress – but somehow it seems to be working OK for her. Agree that there is way too much showing on top, but all said, this is one of her best looks for a long time, so I’m giving her thumbs up.

Gorgeous! Of course the wide open front is distracting, but probably just because it’s her and somehow when she shows some skin it garners more attention than with anyone else. Her hair is so perfect and her makeup is perfect, and this dress is divine.

This looks like tacky prom to me, which is a shame because it could’ve been a lovely dress…just not like this.

I love everything but the over-exposure of the boobage area.
Once again, I don’t really like her outfit. The dress itself is really nice, but the neckline is so revealing that it ends up looking really tacky, in my opinion. And like the previous time, I’m not a fan of her hair. This hairstyle also ages her.

I think she looks gorgeous. I love the more wistful approach she took to the Cavali as opposed to the harsher hair and make-up she had for the Packham. It totally fits with her often bohemian style. Slightly too much cleavage for me but she has covered up her bottom hald, and its not exactly Katy Perry or Gaga extreme. She’s 19, and 19 year-olds like to have fun with their fashion – give her a break!

Amazing dress, she looks lovely but too much brestage for me. In that respect I prefer the cover of the Jenny Packham gown but I love her hair and styling much more with this Roberto Cavalli.
The makeup is nice, the dress is pretty and floaty but all I see is boobs! It’s not a case of the girl wearing the dress, or even the dress wearing the girl, but the boobs wearing well, everything!
