Miley Cyrus’ third and final look this weekend was a Juan Carlos Obando Resort 2012 dress.
She wore this bold blue dress whilst performing her inspirational hit song ‘The Climb’ on stage for the 2011 CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute at the Shrine Theatre in LA.
With the neck-tie left untied, the singer added Loree Rodkin necklaces to her asymmetrical dress which has been modified so the plunge wasn’t as deep as the model’s dress.
This is slightly ironic considering how much boobage Miley was showing off on the red carpet.
The singer kept the same Lorre Rodkin earrings and messy side-swept braid she sported when she arrived.

Leave the Jenny Packham look, cause on the Cavalli and Obando looks got my heart since first time i saw it.

I think this one was my fave although I didn’t particularly care for any of them. Her style has definitely improved though.
I have to say I like the Cavalli. Yes, it is pretty revealing, but she knocked it out the park. She isn’t 15 anymore, after all.
This one is my favorite. Same hair and beautiful makeup as the Cavalli look, but a much less trashy neckline.

Lol, that’s what I thought too! I really like this Obando dress tho, just not on her but on the model.

i would probably go with the Packham, but i still cannot approve of the pronounced cleavage situation.
Less trashy, but looks like a sweat suit on her.

Juan Carlos Obando, it’s the first time she’s wearing something that doesn’t show her body… and I love the color.
Had she kept it the way it was on the runway i would have liked it, but this way it feels undone. The colour is nice on her though

I have been pleasantly surprised by all 3 looks, well done Miley! The JC Obando look is very different, young and edgy and I think she fulls it off so it gets my vote.
G.O.R.G.E.O.U.S! Love her hair, love the dress. I think she looks chic and sophisticated.

I actually like it a lot, though I wish she had the sleeves up like the model. It’s a nice change for her, and she looks pretty.
The Juan Carlos Obando, looks nice in video, so I’ll say that one, or could I pick Liam, he looks better lately. And she also looked very happy and in love, that is nice for a 19 year old.

I like the Roberto Cavalli dress best. Pretty dress, even if her cleavage is jarring. Okay, yes, she’s 19, but she’s got a baby face. Definitely prefer the hair and makeup to what she did with the Jenny Packham: hair and brows were both too severe. I don’t exactly like this kind of messy braid thing (the braid itself and the unbraided portion towards her roots,) but it’s at least softer and suits her better.
