LeAnn Rimes attended the 2011 American Giving Awards on Friday night in LA, where she also performed at the event.
The singer wore an Azzedine Alaia Fall 2011 mini dress.
Her sassy sleeveless crocodile print blister knit frock with micro scalloped trim detailing and a tiered-ruffled hemline was teamed with heavy Giuseppe Zanotti black cut-out sandals.
These heels are clunky at the best of times but when paired with a dainty Alaia dress, they look even worse.
For someone with an extensive shoe closet, I would’ve expected better from LeAnn.
Loose waves and statement jewels completed her look.

The dress is very pretty, but for her athletic body type is making her boxy. The shoes are all wrong.
Nothing special about this look. What is wrong with her face? Please tell me she hasn’t had any work done – she isn’t even 30! And, why are her eyes always squinty?

She always looks kind of undone or underdone. Putting all the elements together for a great outfit isn’t her strength.

Hum square necklines are not for her i think considering how athelic her shoulders are and how busty she is. Or maybe she needs a belt or something to define her waist. Anyway, if i had to choose between the dress and the shoes, i would definitely go with the shoes

Wow Leann – why is she even on the red carpet?? If she opened her eyes some she may have reconsidered leaving the house when she looked in the mirror. Eat a hamburger and hire a stylist girlfriend!!

Awful. I hate to say this because this dress is actually pretty, but I don’t like how it fits on Leann Rimes. The choice of shoes is just horrible.
I love the dress, the hem ruffeles are so cute but because Leann has such an athletic figure I don’t think it is the best choice for her. I also don’t think the shoes work very well with the dress, I would keep the shoes and change the dress. This isn’t the worst though
