Heidi Klum In Michael Kors – ‘Shine’ Fragrance Launch

Heidi Klum launched her new fragrance, ‘Shine’, at the Toronto Eaton Centre in Toronto, Canada, yesterday.

The ‘Project Runway’ host wore a festive red Michael Kors Fall 2011 suit.

Her look consisted of a crimson halter bodysuit with matching pants and a crepe blazer.

The pants are a tad too long for my liking, as we can’t see much of her Christian Louboutin ‘Maggie’ pumps.

A sleek ponytail, gold bracelets and a matching lip colour completed her look.

I think she took the ‘Lady in Red’ theme too far with the red lips. Something more neutral would’ve been preferred so as not to feel too obvious.

The hair is too severe, the red lips are too much, the tailoring isn’t great … it could have been better.

I immediately thought of the red Kors top and slacks that Zoe Saldana wore on Project Runway, wondering if they are the same halter and pants. The chubby is so cute but I suppose the blazer is more appropriate for this event.

    Honestly, I love this.
Probably one of the best bodysuits we have seen up here and it boils down to the blazer for giving it that touch of class.

I think she looks great. No complaints from me.

      Me neither.

Agreed, she looks flawless in my eyes.

Red lipstick takes it too far. Would also prefer a different hairstyle, not so slick.

Bouncy pontail would have been awesome.

I agree about the red red lippie and the ponytail is facelift tight.

But the clothes! Finally she looks like a model again. I love it.

This is the exact same jumpsuit that Zoe Saldana wore. I prefer Zoe’s look because there is way tooo much red in Heidi’s look.

The red lips take this into clown territory.

Forgive me if I’m wrong, but didn’tZoe Saldana wear this when she was featured as a guest judge on Project Runway.
She looked fabulous, so I cannot blame Heidi for wearing it too.

I actually really like this look (although I agree with all of you that the red lips are too much).
The fit is very good, all in all, but I can’t help to ask myself why EACH single time some female celeb wears pants on the red carpet there seem to be some problems with the lenght of the trousers…
I mean, that’s quite an obvious rule, right? Just decide what shoes to wear with the pants, and then have them properly hemmed!

You got me. I totally agree with everything you said.

love. love. love love everything about this -the silhouette, the style, her hair, shoes, simplicity, the colour, even the lipstick. I love this look!

Wish she would have closed the jacket, what’s with the silly little white button? I agree with FC about the pants length and red lippie. I’m not a huge fan of the monochrome look, a white or cream jacket would have looked better.

I love it. This is how you wear a jumpsuit. My only issue is Heidi always goes too far by having bright red lipstick to match her red outfits. Just keep the makeup fresh and neutral looking. The red outfit is strong enough.

I love red, but this jumpsuit doesn’t do anything for me.
