Sienna Miller was in Paris last night to help Lancel celebrate 135 years of French Légèreté.
The actress, who hosted the event, opted for a Emilio Pucci Fall 2011 dress.
This black lace dress with a wrap fringed skirt is kinda subdued for Sienna who loves to stand out in colourful looks on the red carpet.
Considering she spent most of the day at the High Court yesterday, it’s understandable that she wanted to tone things down a bit.
Despite that I’m not a fan of the fringed details on the skirt. You have to have be Milla Jovovich to pull off that kind of detail.
Trademark ‘just got out of bed’ hair, black tights and a black clutch completed her look.

basically, i like sienna miller .
but, i don’t like the fringed details + tights .
This dress is severely overworked and, quite frankly, overdesigned. The fringed skirt is ugly, but that panel across the front is just abominable. Way to make a thin girl look like a stuffed sausage.

There were some gorgeous black jersey and with lace dresses from the Fall collation….this is definitely not one of them.

As someone mentioned, I think this dress would make a great maternity dress, with so much attention in the middle section.
I don’t like the look, though I usually like Sienna.
I have seen a couple of pictures of Sienna in this dress; she looks very wide across her middle. Who let her go out in this?

What on earth is going on here!? First I think, she looks pregnant, then I think, this is a dress for a woman in her 50s but not even Hellen Mirren would wear this. Ugly dress.
Could this be any less sexy?? I can’t say I’m a fan of the dress as the wrap detail in the middle looks like it would expand anyones petite frame. This dress looks hard to wear… I agree it does need someone like Milla who would have the length and presence to make this presentable. Then there’s the opaque tights and pumps… very funeral, very grandma. Opaque tights and an evening dress is never ok, let alone when the dress is over the knee!!! Then there’s the “I’ve been sleeping for a week and don’t have a hair brush” PLUS oil slick make up… All round this is a very bad look for a pretty woman. What a shame.
I love Sienna but this look is awful. Overworked, unflattering and underwhelming.
