I recently attended the Victoria Beckham press day in London, where I got to see the Victoria by Victoria Beckham collection up close.
This was my first time seeing the collection.
It’s very wearable, easy and light with cute silhouettes and feminine touches like scalloped details, trompe l’oeil collars, drop-waists and bows.
The prints were playful, with clouds, cats and moons.
Charlotte Olympia provided all the colourful platform footwear, with one pair incorporating the cat print.
The collection is not referred to as a diffusion line, more of an extension of the Beckham brand.
The dresses start at around £300 and go up to £900, which is the lowest price a dress from the mainline collection would cost.

Very Very Very Nice Collection <3
*Cough (mui mui rip off) Cough*
My thoughts exactly! Even the shoes.. they are cute though
My thoughts exactly!
Some pieces are nice but the “inspiration” from Miu Miu is definitely too evident.
Not just the printed animals from the SS2010 collection, but also the scalloped details (see the fuchsia and black dress of the 7th pic) from FW2010!
Im sorry it just looks like a primark version of Mui Mui’s collection… Its too literal to be interesting. And platform maryjanes with animal prints on them… thats just blatantly cheeky!!
I was about say didn’t Miu Miu already do this.
my thought
Yeps, total rip off… But she changed starts for moons haha… The whole collection along detailed is Miu Miu inspired to say the least. And most of her fitted dresses are Versace “inspired”….
Call me a crazy cat lady but I want the shoes and the dress with the cat print
Those prints and clogs reminds me too much of Miu Miu spring 2010 collection.
oh please, someone started color blocking, can you blame the rest for following? It’s cute and there’s nothing original anymore. Everything is a copy of something that you have to make it better
I would have been happier if Victoria simply diffused herself…then I could afford them too
Very playful–baby gave her a less sophisticated sensibility
no one thinks that this looks are a little miu miu?
