Leona Lewis hosted an evening to benefit the Hopefield Animal Sanctuary in LA this weekend.
The British singer, who’s often hit or miss on the red carpet, was a hit on this occasion, dress-wise.
She donned a Claire Pettibone gown.
The designer known for her bridal gowns created this beautiful embellished gown with flutter sleeves and a plunging neckline for the singer.
I like the candy-pink lips, but I’m not sure I like the casual ponytail with her elegant gown.

Flutter sleeves and large bosoms should not share real estate.
LOL… I like this dress but I’m not really loving it on her. It’s really hard for me to see past the large bossom and I do feel that the flutter sleeve is actually drawing even more attention to it and making them appear even larger. I don’t love this look overall but she does look better than she usually does.
She looks beautiful, love her makeup here! Not sure about the hair either. I think maybe she was going for a romantic ponytail and it just didn’t translate that way.
For me the hair ruins it. A miss!

+2. I had forgotten how beautiful her eyes are. Here, her best features are not competing with train wreck clothes/styling. Re hair, I’m glad it is not some wild color and I like the romantic, slightly messy feel.
i love this look. I don’t mind the romantic tendrils with the dress. And it’s nicely fitted and shows of her curves.

She never gets it perfectly right. There’s always a thing or 2 that pull the whole look down.
The hair is bad and the dress is not figure flattering.
I don’t think I’ve seen her look better, but there’s still something amiss. I hate to be mean but I just feel like despite her best efforts and having a great face and body, she totally lacks sex appeal and it makes anything she wears a hard sell for me. Oh well, maybe I just need some coffee and a second look, haha.

I like the dress, even though th eflower detail under the bust makes in look bridesmaidy and lot cheaper than it would hve otherwise. The back is also pretty bad, especialyl the flower adn the fact that the zip isn’t flat, if that makes sense. Also, I see where she was goign with the hir, bu tit loks like mine looks in the morning if I sleep with a loose bun.
A ponytail? It sure has a lot of loose layers in the front then…anyway I like this dress on her but I never noticed that her boobs were this big before.
Lovely, finally she looks like a real “non-drag-queenish” woman, very romantic with the toned down makeup and very feminine neckline, I can overlook her overly messy but at least natural looking relaxed hair.

She usually gets the dress wrong, but I’ve always liked her hair. This time the dress is right but the hair? If it started out as a ponytail, she lost the fastener and it turned into a real mess.
