Elle Fanning attended a party at the AMPAS Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills, California last night, to celebrate the DVD release for ‘Super 8′.
The teen star wore a Miu Miu Resort 2012 look.
Her casual look included an ivory and pink short-sleeve sweater with dog-motif beaded embroidery.
This cut sweater was paired with simple black slacks and black paillette Mary-Jane flats with crystal heels.
For me, this is a refreshing antidote to over-dressed, pouting teens wearing too much makeup, which have been flooding the red carpet lately.

I think her feet also look biggish because she’s in flats. We’re so used to seeing extremely high heels on the RC, and they arch the foot and make it look shorter.
