Lara Bingle walked the red carpet for the WHO ‘Sexiest People’ Party in Sydney, Australia over the weekend.
The Australian model wore a Josh Goot Spring 2012 dress.
This abstract print dress is absolutely beautiful on Lara, but just seems completely out of place at a party for the ‘Sexiest People.’
Fussy sandals do not help, only shortening Lara’s legs.
This look would be more appropriate for a refined daytime event.
The simple A-line cut might be right up the alley for the next front-row appearance by Anna Wintour.

This dress looks awful. She looks too broad, the fit is off and the length is dowdy.
Sh’s pretty, but this is the worst makeup I have ever seen, at least recently. The dress is a bit dowdy considering that I would hav eprefered an herve leger dress, which is saying a lot, and hte shoes are not helping.
Ditto. The makeup is terrible and this is very out of sync with the event.
I like the dress and even the shoes, just not on her and the fit is terrible.
The tan and/or makeup is just silly and the trailer park part is not helpful.

I like the dress and the shoes and think maybe this is just a bad angle and lighting for her face? I like it overall.
Google any image of Lara and you will find she always goes way overboard with the tan & bronzer, I can’t stand it.
She usually ‘glams it up’ quite nicely but I can’t say I am a fan of this outfit.

Lara doesn’t use fake tan – she naturally is this tan, you only have to look at some of her latest pictures on her twitter of her over in Bali to realise this!
Love the look, & whilst I agree it’s not super sexy, i’ve noticed that Lara doesn’t really go for overtly sexy looks on the red carpet anymore. Thanks FC for getting this written up

those shoes look like the balenciaga fall 2008 ones, love them. the dress is nice.
