Camilla Belle was on hand to help Chopard celebrate the reopening of their South Coast Plaza Boutique in LA yesterday afternoon.
She opted to wear a Monique Lhuillier Spring 2012 dress with Chopard jewels.
Her bubblegum-pink bustier dress with a panel of shimmering sequins feels a tad dressy for a daytime event.
I had pictured either Keri Hilson or Fergie wearing a shortened version of this dress on the red carpet at the Grammys.
The sassy sex appeal of this dress is somewhat lost on Camilla.
For me she doesn’t quite have the je ne sais quoi to pull it off.

Yeah. Normally I don’t like lingerei inspired dresses, and on Fergie, shortened, I would have not liked this at all, but Camilla brings out the prettiness of the style and colour. So surprisingly, I like it.
I agree Luis… sorry but I think this dress would be quickly trashed up by Keri or Fergie… then again they’re not people I look to for fashion so maybe i’m being biased. I’m loving this dress on Camilla… it’s very understated sexy…it feels like you’re getting a peak at a very classy ladies underwear! This length is part of the appeal for me. That along with the sugary sweet coloring keeps this lingerie design from looking “hooker”. I’m also loving her dark hair with that color. I’m glad this dress is not too sexed up. I like it as it is.

this is sexy but not, sexy sexy. quite enough sexy plus beautiful. generally camilla looks like to me another cute girl who is wearing cute dresses and this is definitely nothing just like that. it is more and it is good. she can be more than just cute girl in a chic dress. if belt was some better color it would have been awesome.
For some reason it reminded me of Madonna. The design around the chest is not nice and it feels like her chest comes first and then the rest of her body. Weird…
