Miranda Lambert was joined by her husband Blake Shelton (in Ermenegildo Zegna) on the red carpet at the 2011 CMA Awards which took place at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, last night.
She wore a custom Haute Hippie gown.
Her Swarovski crystal-embellished strapless gown was one of the highlights on the red carpet.
The singer wore her hair back in a beautiful updo whilst opting for disc earrings.
A silver clutch completed her look.

Very wrong dress for her body.

It just emphasizes her short height and makes her look stocky – when other things she has worn haven’t made her look like that.

Not if it makes you look stocky (like Jennifer says) instead of emphasizing those curves. The fit is very unflattering esp. in the bust area (too low), her arms don`t look good, and she could`ve at least straightened her neck as it looks so short. This is pretty bad, can`t wear a strapless gown with arms, neck, and posture like this.
the dress is beautiful, but like most country girls, she is not really bringing out the best of it with regards to hair and make up (though it could be worse).
I just feel it should be pulled a tiny bit higher.
Great dress, but it doesn’t fit well around the bust area.

I really like the way the dress embraces her curves, especially around the hips. Very beautiful. I don’t love the hair though and the dress seems to be slipping down a bit on the bust area.
i lovee miranda lambert to peices! she’s so adorable, and shes one of those girls who doesn’t have to starve herself, or work out everyday. i loveee this dress on her and her makeup and hair.
i might be the only one that hates this dress, it looks like a cheap prom dress.
but damn those country sure do love their sparkle.
