Lily Cole walked the black carpet at Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards in London on Monday night.
The model/actress wore a stunning Tom Ford sequined cobalt blue from the Spring 2011 collection.
The contrast between Lily’s deep auburn locks and the rich blue of the gown are a fantastic combination.
The high neckline may not be to everyone’s taste but Lily’s model face is so unique she can pull this look off.
Strappy metallic stilettos and light dewy makeup let the dress be the centre of attention.

Love this dress on her – but I prefer the shoes that the runway model is wearing. Those strappy ones she has on seem too delicate for this dress and they detract from the look.
+1
I feel that the dress is wearing her.
I tend to wish she had let her fabulous red hair run riot (much like on the runway) That soft red against the cobalt would have been fantastic!
+1! A little effort with her locks would take her from “just” lovely to breathtaking.
Stunning. Also a BDOTW contender.
I don’t like it.
The dress is stunning and, as you said, perfect for her hair colour. But it doesn’t work because she’s not selling it. A little more make-up, her hair falling over he shoulders and more life into her eyes would have helped a lot.
It could have been great – but what’s this expression? She looks like she’d rather be anywhere but there.
Also, she looks so bobble-headed that’s nearly grotesque.
Interesting dress, nice dress but she really couldn’t do something more with that hair? -sigh-
Totally upstaged by Marisa Berenson..she looks amazing in the dress!
Once again, as with her previous looks, she is simply not selling it with her facial expression.
Loathe this look, the dress looks like its choking her and her hair is a disaster
