Antonio Berardi continues to be much loved by celebrities.
The British designer scored his second red carpet look last night, courtesy of Nicole Richie.
She’s known for her love of boho and vintage pieces, but on this occasion she wore a modern black gown from Antonio Berardi’s Spring 2011 collection to the 15th Annual ACE Awards in New York City.
A black House of Harlow studded clutch accessorized her stunning, sleek plunging gown with padded shoulders, a jacquard top half and a crepe skirt with a side split.
Nicole’s red carpet style continues to impress.
A chic French twist completed her look.

This is a very grown up look for Nicole. Nothing too special about the dress but its nice.

I love how she can wear boho one red carpet and something totally different the next. There’s nothing really special about this, but her versatility is amazing.

Her hair isn`t working with this gown at all, and her eye makeup continues to be very unflattering. Like the sleek gown.
I think she pulls off this sleek look well, and love the shoulders on her petite frame… A touch of something flashy and metallic would have brought this up a notch, but she does look elegant.

True it is a bit safe but it works for her. It’s nice to see her not being overwhelmed by her clothing as she can sometimes be. This dress cuts a fine figure.
She’s very consistent on the red carpet, rarely a fault by miss Richie, lovely.
