Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Iman was honoured at the ‘Rodeo Drive Walk of Style Awards’ which took place in Beverly Hills on Sunday.

The supermodel never looks anything but perfect, and this was a very typical flawless red carpet appearance.

She wore a Rachel Zoe Resort 2012 dress, which is our first look at this collection on the red carpet.

The chic nude chiffon dress with a neck-tie was made sexy with a thigh-high split which Iman doesn’t overplay.

Gold Christian Louboutin slingbacks, chocolate brown Rachel Zoe Spring 2012 sequin jacket over her shoulders and a selection of Fred Leighton’s vintage gold and gemstone bracelets perfected her look.

I can imagine that Rachel went ‘ba-nanas’ when she saw the supermodel in her dress.

It’s been over a month since we last saw Marion Cotillard on the red carpet.

Yesterday evening in Paris she continued to promote her latest movie, ‘Contagion’.

The Paris premiere was the perfect place to showcase the second look from the Christian Dior Spring 2012 collection.

Her black and white graphic check-printed dress was paired with coral Christian Dior chain-link pumps from the same collection.

I’m glad that Marion is showing off her more adventurous side with the contrasting heels, but I don’t like the chain detail.

I would’ve preferred ladylike heels to go with her ladies-who-lunch look.

Side sweeping tresses and a sweet coral lip colour completed her look.

The promo tour for ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1′ kick-started in France with Ashley Greene and Rob Pattinson (in Dolce & Gabbana) attending the Paris premiere.

The actress wore a very sophisticated navy Givenchy Resort 2012 dress.

Her sculptural peplum dress was unfortunately paired with a Givenchy necklace from the Spring 2012 collection which totally ruins the look for me.

If the necklace was supposed to make her look a bit edgy, it didn’t work.

Black Givenchy accessories and wavy locks completed her look.

After a few so-so appearances on the red carpet, Freida Pinto finally opted for a super glamorous look on the red carpet for the ‘Trishna’ London Film Festival premiere yesterday evening.

The Indian actress was radiant wearing a Ralph Lauren Fall 2011 jumpsuit.

I love the red Ralph Lauren bag which adds a divine pop of colour to her beaded jumpsuit, plus it complements the red accent on her heels.

Chopard jewels and gorgeous retro marcel waves completed her look.

I was less impressed with her photocall Louis Vuitton look.

Her drop-waist dress looks good in the close up, but the long-shot tells a very different story.

The blush colour is gorgeous against her skin-tone, but I hate those velvet panels.

Manolo Blahnik ‘Lasti’ sandals completed her look.

Zoe Saldana is becoming the celeb who’s snapping up all the Spring 2012 looks first.

She gave a look from Antonio Berardi’s Spring 2012 collection its first outing on the red carpet at the Gen Art’s Fresh Faces In Fashion Event in LA this weekend.

White peep-toes accessorized her blush mini dress with a satin panel on the skirt, cut-out details and padded shoulders.

As much as I love Zoe, even she can’t make me love her Giuseppe Zanotti white shoes, so I only love this from the ankles up.

Wavy locks and silver jewels completed her look.

Fan Bingbing looked absolutely divine as she walked the red carpet at the Tokyo International Film Festival Opening Ceremony at Roppongi Hills in Japan yesterday evening.

The beautiful Asian actress is known for wearing princess-style gown, but on this occasion she opted for a very modern look from the Jason Wu Spring 2012 collection.

I’m quite obsessed with this look.

The look consists of an ivory knife pleated silk v-neck top, which she wore off-the-shoulder, and a bright pink silk gazar floating skirt with a black leather bow accent around the waist.

I’ll admit I was worried how this look would translate onto the red carpet, but Fan Bingbing makes it look so effortless and the skirt keeps its volume – thankfully.

This is the first time I have loved a pair of Christian Louboutin Lady Daffodil pumps on the red carpet, because the glitter pumps work so well with the pink and the ivory.

Neutral make-up, a simple ponytail, Cartier jewels and an embellished ivory clutch completed her look.

This is the one to beat this week.
