Maggie Gyllenhaal In Alexander McQueen – ‘Hysteria’ Rome Film Festival Premiere

Maggie Gyllenhaal wore ivory again for the ‘Hysteria’ Rome Film Festival premiere.

The actress seems to like to wear this neutral hue whilst promoting this movie.

On this occasion she wore an Alexander McQueen Spring 2012 jersey dress with a ruffled halter neckline.

She swept her hair up into a chic bun and accessorized with gold Bvlgari jewels which included large hooped earrings.

Signature red lippie and rosy cheeks completed her look.

Her dress is gorgeous.

It’s a typical sophisticated boho look for Maggie, but I would’ve loved this look more had she worn a bra.

Thankfully, her gown hits the floor so we didn’t get to see her Roger Vivier black pumps.

    If only …

Great attitude, VERY nice dress, but her posture and the absent bra doesn’t help. Looks good anyway.

shame about the lack of bra

This dress looks good on her. Glad she isn’t wearing Dries Van Noten but she needs a bra.

I agree about the bra, although at first, I didn’t really notice its absence! :P Apart from that, I love this look!

in other pics you can see her “smuggling raisins” as FC would say :P

Yeah, I searched for more pictures of different angles and it’s more evident there! :P

I think she looks spectacular, even without a bra, and I almost never like her choices. the dress is beautiful, it fits her well, her hair and makeup are pretty, and I can even live with the shoes. Kudos!

She looks pregnant in these pictures, maybe it’s the dress, maybe it’s the posture?

Love the dress. (I also rarely like her choices.)

Alas, as usual, whatever she wears SAGS, either literally or figuratively — in this case both.

      funny, but so true.

Luckily can hardly notice the absence of bra on this pic. and can`t see the black pumps (why???) at all. So, what really bothers me here is her eye make-up, so incredibly unflattering.

This would’ve looked amazing in the same shade of coral that was shown during the Spring 2012 McQueen presentation…or maybe even one of the prints.

I agree. This is quite boring and I never would have guessed it was McQueen at first.

This is a very beautiful dress, she looks lovely. Since she’s been on this recent tour, I’ve noticed she must make an announcement soon!!!!

I can’t believe how she most of the time appears on the red carpet bra-less. I for one can’t leave the house without one on…

“I for one can’t leave the house without one on…” DITTO

I like the draping of this dress and the color is fresh on her but as others have mentioned she rarely wears a bra. It always makes her look somewhat “sloppy”.
