Michelle Yeoh is in Italy for the 2011 Rome Film Festival.
She attended the premiere for ‘The Lady’ wearing a Valentino Resort 2012 gown.
Her soft grey gown has a beautiful embroidered bodice with the same detail stripped on her skirt.
Whilst her green bangles and green watch complement the green stones in her earrings, they bring down the look for me.
A wavy side-swept bun and a croc clutch completed her look.
Earlier in the day Michelle attended the photocall for the movie wearing a Salvatore Ferragamo Fall 2011 strapless striped dress.
Once again her styling let her down as she teamed an olive vest top with her dress.
To make matters worse, she added a tan belt.
An oversized cuff and black ankle boots completed her look.
Michelle can usually be relied upon to bring us head-to-toe perfection on the red carpet, but she was clearly having an off day yesterday.

what on earth possessed her to put on a tank top under that dress and then add the tan belt. good grief. the Ferragamo gown is very cute but her overall look os lacking
sorry I meant the Valentino gown, but I like the Ferragamo dress on the runway as well
Both looks had such potential but both brought down by boring accessories. That olive vest thing is so ugly, thank goodness her hair covers most of it.
+1. Also not of fan ankle boots that gap. It really cheapens the look.
+2
Is that a brown belt with black shoes and tights? I just can’t.
neither can I
i like the Valentino look. Classic, albeit not spectacular.
I LOVE the Ferragamo dress and cannot believe how she styled it. What a tragedy.
Really? You’re better than this, Michelle.
I love how that Valention dress looks on the model.
