Luisa Raneri attended the 2011 Rome Film Festival premiere for ‘The Lady’ yesterday evening.
The gorgeous Italian actress and Master Of Ceremonies for the festival wore an Atelier Versace gown.
It’s always a pleasure to see an Atelier Versace gown on the red carpet and this is no exception.
The one-shoulder silk-chiffon gown has a dramatic multiple-layered skirt and a bow detail on the bodice.
Luisa added two diamond-encrusted bracelets and studded earrings to her look.
I would’ve preferred a chic chignon, but she styled her hair into a high ponytail.

She looks really gorgeous, I agree that a chignon would go really well but her hair still looks lovely.
i agree.
Gorgeous. Luisa Ranieri is a beautiful Italian actress – she is so curvy as she gave birth to her first child a couple of moths ago.
OMG. Black dress is really the safe choice !
She could have been so gorgeous in the Spring 2009′s purple version !!
+1 but still beautiful.
What a beautiful woman, gorgeous gown.
She looks gorgeous.
Stunning dress.
Minority report–I find it a little overwhelming–maybe it would not have been so big in purple.
Also a minority report here – do not like this gown on her at all as she has such a feminine curvy body, all these ruffle layers and bows simply do not work for her, and that ponytail is a complete let down, it doesn`t even flatter her face (just like the make-up).
What I was trying to say is that she`s too womanly and mature looking for this (esp. the bow detail and that hairstyle, doesn`t suit her at all).
