Lady Gaga is currently in New Delhi, India where she’s due to perform at the Formula One after-party as part of India’s debut on the F1 circuit.
She held a press conference at the Taj Mansingh Hotel to announce her performance wearing a Naeem Khan Resort 2012 gown.
The watercolour one-shoulder gown isn’t the most obvious choice for the singer, but as usual she makes it work for her by colouring her tightly wrapped bun to match her gown.
Oversized black sunglasses, a diamond necklace, matching bracelet and black clutch completed her look.

She looks great! Not sure how a press conference works in India but a gown may be a bit much.
Either way I love it! This is how to do fashion but still be Gaga without all of the buffoonery.
“Not sure how a press conference works in India but a gown may be a bit much.”
I agree, but this is Lady Gaga
My thoughts exactly! Apart from this, it’s such a gorgeus gown!
I like it! So Gaga!
I agree, she looks amazing.
i think it’s a waste of a beautiful gown.
She looks like an old lady with the hair and accessories. Cannot get behind this look.

My thought exactly….
+ 4. She looks like she is channeling Peggy Guggenheim in her 60′s.
I LOVE the dress on the runway.
it works becoz its gaga
The dress is AMAZING and while I do love Gaga and she looks great I think it makes her look a tad heavier and I do like it better on the model. I also really don’t like the orange in her hair. Despite this I do like it/its not awful and if anyone can pull it off it is her
Agree, in the lookbook it looks amazing but somehow it gives Gaga wide hips?
Gorgeous. She looks great and the wig does good things for the colors in that gown.
Totally agree!
Love the gown, and feel really sorry for it – couldn`t she have chosen something less beautiful to ruin??? One thing is going for something edgy and interesting but making yourself look ridiculous and, as in this case, plain frumpy (with that hair and accessories) is very very bad.
LOOOVE! XX
Hey Catherine.
The hair is actually an ode to the Indian flag because it’s got blue white orange and green colours on it. All of which you can see on her hair. I’m not sure if it was to match the gown as a conscious effort or was it just a coincidence.
But who knows, I could be wrong.
But I have a strong feeling that I might be right. :p
That is really interesting and sounds like something she would think of creatively
You are right, this made front page in all Indian papers.. more than the gown(stunning
), the hair was commented on
So glam, so artistic…love it.
I really like it. It’s a beautiful gown and she definitely does her justice!
Wow, I really love the classy Gaga! I think this is one the cleanest and classiest she`s looked.. C`mon, you have to give the girl some credits for working that dress and looking so glamorous! People cry when she looks foul and people still cry when she`s all done up, what the hell do you want from her?!
I love it, not the right ocassion but HEY IT’S GAGA!
I think the Alaïa couture dress that she also used in India is better.
I like the overall effect. Too bad the dress lost some of its volume in the skirt.
I love it. The matching hair is great. All the jewels and jewelled sunglasses are perfect too.
I agree it was a bit much for a press conference but it is a great dress. I love it when Lady Gaga dresses up!
