Heidi Klum was the oldest person to take to the red carpet for the 2011 TeenNick Halo Awards which was held at the Hollywood Palladium in California yesterday.
She wore a Versace Fall 2011 dress.
Her sexy, plunging LBD with a green suede contrasting appliqué was accessorized with Lorraine Schwartz bracelets and black ankle-strap peep-toes.
This is a cool, fun, approachable look, but Heidi could’ve done way better with her shoe choice.
I wish she’d opted for something a bit funkier, especially as she has such an amazing collection.

imagine…
sleek ponytail + fierce pair of shoes.
sigh.
love the dress though, gorgeous.
totally agree.
Right on!
Feels like the attack of ankle-strap sandals – Kate Bosworth, Victoria Justice, Kristin Davis, Leighton Meester (although those were pumps, really), Felicity Jones, Leighton Meester (again!) in J Mendel… and now Heidi! At 5’2″, I have always stayed away from them. I feel they cut a girl’s leg in a very unflattering way, however tall you may be…
It’s a great dress on her, but really for a kids event I don’t like the deep v and short skirt combo…
+ 1
Ah, finally a refreshing change! I’ve found her uninteresting and sometimes missing the mark by a long shot, but I really like this dress. If she ditched the tights and put better shoes on it would be even better..
Don`t like this on her at all, I don`t think this look suits her – looks like a mature woman in kids`clothing rather than cool and fun. Not a fan of the dress itself: unflattering fit (esp. in the bust area), and the awkward “out of nowhere” applique just looks silly and weird.
I completely agree with you — but I think we’re in a distinct minority!
I love that the official Versace page on facebook just posted this.
They are very supportive
the dress is tacky and wacky it didnt fit at all on her body it looks better on the model than on her s orry hiedi a big fan but didnt work out.
