After a busy day filming Gossip Girl, Leighton Meester took time out to attend the Roger Vivier Cocktail Party in New York City yesterday evening.
The actress donned a J. Mendel Spring 2012 ensemble, which was one of my favourite shows during the season.
Her embellished multi-coloured cap sleeve fitted top was teamed with a matching skirt which had a contrasting black hem detail.
Roger Vivier navy sandals, gold Bulgari bracelets and a black Roger Vivier clutch accessorized her look.
The fresh face beauty opted for minimal make-up on this occasion.

I love the dress, its very Leighton and she accessorized it perfectly but as much as I love Leighton I wish she had made a bit more effort with her make-up but still I like it!

With her legs and feet she should stay away from thick ankle straps. Lovely ensemble but the overall look is a bit too girly.
Her bangs look so much better here. Anyway love this look, it’s very chic and very her.
Can I just say, bangs and minimal make-up work AMAZINGLY for her? I wish she’d just stick to this look. It’s my favorite.
The runway shoes were amazing…however I understand why she had to go with Roger Vivier sandals at this event. But…is it just me or those shoes make her leg/foot look a little weird?

astonishing! i just love her style so much. love the fact she is supporting roger vivier and other shoe designers. she is such a shoe master so her presence just makes sense. love this dress. and her skin is just out of this world!!!!
OH MY GOD, this girl cannot dress to save her life. Everything she puts on is overwhelming, ill-fitting or just down right gaudy. I understand she wants to separate herself from Blair Waldorf persona, but that doesnt mean her personal style should take turn to tragic town.

Seriously? She has such an incredible body (including legs), and seeing as her legs look like that in shoes that aren’t too leg-friendly, she clearly isn’t eedng any gym sessions.
Why are everyone down on her legs, I would kill for legs like that.. They’re not even average looking, they’re fantastic.
