The New York premiere for ‘The Rum Diary’ took place at the Museum of Modern Art last night, and Amber Heard was sizzling on the red carpet once again.
On this occasion she wore a Jean Paul Gaultier Fall 2011 long-sleeve dress.
Despite being covered from head to toe, she still managed to ooze sexy sophistication, even more so when she turned to reveal the open back.
Studded Canturi earrings, a Monique Pean cocktail ring and Jimmy Choo heels accessorized her modern take on old Hollywood glamour.
I love the contrasting bright fuchsia lip colour.

This isn’t my favorite look, but she never looks less than a 78 out of 100 to me. She really looks like Gaga in the 1st pic, and Scarlett Johanson in the 2nd.

As much I really like all of her looks, her hair ALWAYS puts me off. I think it cheapens her style and give her a WAGish look.I wish she would go darker, she is so stunning and has great taste so it is always very frustrating to look at her pictures.

That hair color can’t be real, looks too bleached.
She is a natural blonde, just not *that* blonde, I think she likes the platinum blonde, 40s movie star inspired hair colour. I think it suits her when styled in a modern way, it’s very sharp and bold.

As usual she looks stunning, it’s not my favourite look of hers but she carries it off much better than most could. I enjoy that she takes risks while still keeping an element of classic glamour in her outfits.
Love the bold pink lip, such a modern classic look, much more youthful than red.
I like the back of the dress, but that’s about it
It’s OK from the back, but I don’t like this dress from the front. At least, I don’t like Amber Heard in it. It’s way too covered up and the fact that it’s black makes it only worse. It’s good to not always opt for revealing clothes, but this is the wrong way to wear a more conservative look, in my opinion. It’s a pitty, because I almost always love what she wears.
P.S. For some reason, I thought of Dita Von Teese when I saw this post. I wonder if she could pull this off.

Her show was canceled so it seems she is really using the red carpet to be seen. Reminds me of Scarlett Johansson making tons of red carpet appearances vamping like an old hollywood bombshell and it worked, it made her a sex symbol.

I like this, the dress is great and I love dresses with a plunge or slit in the back and I love that she is giving us very different looks. The bright lip is fantastic. If I could change one thing it would be her hair, I would just like something different to her pushed back and down type do. I also totally agree that she has a bit of a Scarlet Johansson look, they are both beautiful

She is old fashioned young glamour. I love that. She does not try to be edgy or obviously sophisticated or too grown up but simply sexy and elegant in an old fashioned way.
She looks so beatiful in this JPG dress, she’s looks so great, She gives me Lady Gaga’s vibe because she wore some of JPG in the past but i have to say that Amber looks so great, the best i’ve ever seen her look in the red carpet.
