Oprah Winfrey hosted An Evening with Ralph Lauren at the Lincoln Center in New York City last night.
She greeted her guests wearing a breathtaking custom Ralph Lauren gown.
Red appears to be her favourite colour, as she has donned this hue for several special occasions.
Her off-the-shoulder satin gown with a chiffon skirt is both beautiful and flattering, so it’s no surprise she opts for this style time after time.
All the proceeds from this event benefited The Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Care and Prevention and the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.

She looks lovely! great colour, great shape and great fit
Oh. My. God………. she looks fabulous. I’d nominate this for Best of the Week!
She wears this same style every freaking time. This could have been taken 5 years ago.
She’s a larger, more mature woman so I understand her tendency to go for similar dresses. She looks beautiful
I don’t think the off-shoulder detail is doing her breaths any favours.
Other than that, she looks stunning.
Nice, pretty color but not that flattering – the large chunky off-the-shoulder detail adds unnecessary bulk to her bust/shoulder area.
+1 i feel like she looks bigger than she is, but of course she has her preferences!
You may be right about that. It does look nice, but a similar style that would allow for a full support bra with straps might be even better.
It’s a gorgeous (nto black) gown, but I think it is screamign out for anecklace, wince it has the gorgeous neckline. And a bracelet instead of a watch.
