Actresses Qin Hailu and Irene Wan attended a dinner during Chinese Film Panorama 2011 at Marriott Hotel in Hong Kong yesterday.
Qin grabbed my attention wearing a Burberry Prorsum Resort 2012 dress.
I’m sure I’ve mentioned just once or twice how obsessed I am with the tribal prints from this collection, so I’m very excited to see this look on the red carpet.
The dress has a nude top and a printed skirt which mimics a West African mudcloth wrap skirt as it sits high on the waist.
The fact that she paired her dress with the those beaded shoes from the same collection just makes me love this look even more.

Irene Wan is turning 45 i believe…..
oooh, I think I love this one too, FC!
Big fan of tribal prints myself. Interesting skirt but the nude top half of the dress seems so plain next to it, together with the safe pretty necklace downplay the exciting tribal vibe. Interesting shoe choice but don`t quite flatter her legs – the thick beaded detail (combined with this length of the skirt) makes her legs look stubby, plus matched so obviosly to the skirt.
I agree abou the shoes.
same here.
I agree
Qin is BDOTW contender for me.
Love it!
Gorgeous look, perfect shoes! Ahhhhhhhhhhh shoegasm
I think the Burberry dress would have looked better with a coordinating color on the bodice, rather than the cream colored fabric. Other than that though, it is a really nice look, especially with the shoes from the collection!
stunning………Printastic!
I’d say there is a reason why the model was pictured from the side …
+1 Lol, I thought the same.
Still I like it and love her confidence.
haha FC I bet you were relieved when you saw those shoes….finally something a little different and exciting!
totes
I was so excited about the print I didn’t think anything was off about the top or shoes…a real woman wearing real clothes.
I adore her look, but all I can think abotu is that her counterpart is totally channeling Catherine Middleton. The simple, possible silk-jersey dress, the tumbling shiny curls, the (boring) styling. It is all very Kate.
