Camila Alves attended last night’s Brazilian Style celebration at the Swarovski Crystallized Concept store in New York City.
The TV presenter looked gorgeous wearing a Gomez-Gracia ‘Slinky D’ dress.
Her long-sleeve red draped jersey dress was paired with Jimmy Choo champagne coloured peep-toes.
She swept her beautiful hair over one shoulder and accessorized with Swarovski jewels.
Red continues to be the on-trend red carpet colour of the moment.

Love it !
Great week for fashion.
That’s what I’ve been thinking too. Great RC week so far!
The dress is beautiful! Her pose is akward and strange and her slick hair is boring, flat and reeeeeeally old news…
What bothers me most here is her hair – the super straight super long center-parted hair swept over one shoulder is not working at all, very distracting, can hardly look past it. Don`t quite like the top of the dress, rather unflattering. Somehow feels empty, like something is needed to break up the monotonous draped reddness.
I agree about the hair, it’s a little flat…but she looks fantastic here.
That’s the brazilian style. Women around here love this super straight and long hair. If you have curly hair( like me) people will always ask you “why don’t you get your hair straight?!”.
I do like her straight long hair, it worked beautifully with her polka dot dress, but not here – swept over one shoulder – it`s just not working here for me.
+1.
i love this. BDOTW contender for me.
We think Camila looks red-hot! Her olive skin is complimented perfectly by the red of the dress. The dress elegantly emphasises her curves. 10 out of 10
I’m not a fan of excessive ruching and you’d think this high neckline and long sleeve combo would be a little school mistress like but NOOOOOO not on this lady! Stunning color, beautiful shape, love the accessories, simple hair and soft make up. Flawless!
+1
very nice
Love it.
Simultaneously classic and up-to-the-minute chic.
I have a lot of respect for this woman, she always manages to look gorgeous and occasion appropriate. Love her relative understated style but the effects are always stunning. On anyone else this dress would look awful, she makes it a modern classic. I agree with keeping her hair super simple and straight, there’s enough texture and goings on in the dress.
She’s gorgeous and her coloring is perfect for the bright red. I don’t know what she does to deserve so many red carpets. She’s famous for her husband.
I LOVE it! Should have made teh BDOTW poll.
