Fergie In Georges Chakra Couture – The Clinton Foundation’s ‘A Decade Of Difference’ Gala

Fergie looked sensational as she arrived at The Clinton Foundation’s ‘A Decade Of Difference’ Gala in LA with hubby Josh Duhamel on Friday night.

The Black Eyed Peas singer struck a pose on the red carpet wearing a Georges Chakra Spring 2011 Couture dress.

She looked chic wearing this navy blue and white one-shoulder dress with an asymmetrical pleated organza bust and geometric embroidered skirt.

Christian Louboutin ‘Pigalle Strass’ pumps and a matching Hervé Léger by Max Azria clutch perfectly accessorized her look.

A top knot and pink lip gloss provided the finishing touches.

It’s been a while since Fergie looked this good on the red carpet.

She just looks ridiculous with the “bloated” boob on one side to “balance” the exaggerated shoulder detail on the other side, I assume, and the silly tiny knot on top of her head looks plain funny next to those two oversized “details”. The make-up washes her out completely. Not a good look for her.

She looks good but the proportion is throwing me way off. The skirt should start a bit higher so the bodice is shorter adn the hem should be just above the knee. Alogn with the huge shoulder detail it looks like she has a massive tosro, a non existent waist and short legs. That being said it is still a good pick adn she is definitely improving.

I agree with the negative comments. I think part of it is that I just don’t like the top knot as a hair style, but I think it looks especially ridiculous here. Gives her a pin head on top of those voluminous shoulders and bust. Just way wrong.

The dress doesn’t suit her top-heavy figure to begin with, but with that pinhead hairstyle it looks downright silly to me.
I’m glad to see Fergie try out looks that are more sophisticated than her usual fare, but this particular effort is not a success.

There is something about Fergie that ALWAYS looks cartoonishly and cosmetically ‘pulled’- everything here is a tick and should make this look a smash but on Fergie it really just looks laughable…

Not bad, considering how less-than-put-together she normally is the red carpet. I wish she had chosen better shoes then maybe this could have been a home run.
