Amy Smart joined Nicole Richie on the red carpet at the 2011 Environmental Media Awards which took place in LA this weekend.
She wore a Rachel Roy sleeveless white dress with a black print.
The dress isn’t particularly flattering to begin with, but matters are made worse with her choice of accessories.
Black Giuseppe Zanotti booties and a white Jimmy Choo clutch are devastatingly bad choices, especially the booties.
What was she thinking?
The boots shorten her legs plus they don’t complement her dress at all.
Maria Francesca Pepe jewels and a coral lip colour completed her look.

I agree the dress is not very flattering and it really doesn’t go with the boots (even though they are fabulous!!!!!). But I don’t see how the boots shorten her legs. I don’t know which piece she picked up first, but I can understand why she has choosen those boots, they are just fantastic!
it’s a bummer, because i like the dress. i find the print visually interesting, but i agree that the shoe choice drags it all down.

When I see a potentially good look ruined by ugly booties it makes me want to cry. This is an especially ugly pair.
