The premiere of ‘The Skin I Live In’ took place in New York City last night with Elena Anaya glowing on the red carpet.
The Spanish actress wore an Elie Saab Fall 2011 Couture cocktail dress.
Her ice-blue whimsical dress with floral appliqués was teamed with matching t-bar sandals.
You may think that Elena is a newbie to Elie Saab Couture, but she actually wore one of the designer’s gowns during the Cannes Film Festival premiere for this movie.

This is just awkward, can she at least stand straight…she looks like a lost kid with the poor posture. This look is way too young for her, leave it for Taylor Swift.

i agree, it’s one of the few Elie Saab dresses that i didn’t like even on the runway.
the runway version of the dress is amazing, but the fabric on elena looks very cheap ! plus it is too lose on the chest area

actually she wore Elie Saab to this year Goya Awards in Spain, so she isn’t that new to the brand.

I adore Elie Saab, but who did the fitting on this dress? Also, she (or her stylist) should have chosen a different color as the sheer top gives the illusion of wrinkly gray skin when paired with her skin tone.
The fit is horrendous. The dress look so saggy and sad on her. Also, the shoes may look great on the runway, but I don’t like them in that lighting.
This makes her breasts look like they are down to her waist! Never a good look for a young woman!
I’m not sure about the colour on her. I think I would have preferred it on a pale girl, possibly a blonde. Not her fault but the way they’ve lined it and taken away the transparency doesn’t work for me either.
all she needed to do was stand up straight and this would have been a beautiful look. The way she’s holding her shoulders makes her boobs look saggy and her collarbones stand out too much!
