Charlize Theron rarely looks anything but perfect on the red carpet, and this is no exception.
The actress hosted a photo exhibition for REACH: 24 portraits by Randall Slavin to benefit the Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Programme wearing Christian Dior.
Her black lace dress with a nude underlay was teamed with simple black event appropriate pumps and a copper Bottega Veneta clutch.
Side swept tresses, gold studded earrings, pink glossy lips and copper eyeshadow completed her look.

Classy as always.
Lovely, the simple pumps work well with the lace- busy dress but the copper eyeshadow is killing me, don`t quite like the hair either – there isn`t much to be swept to the side.
I agree with you about everything except the shoes. I would have prefered a pair of strappy heels
i do like this, but i don’t love it. It is a bit matronly on her.
the only fault i can find it the lining. i so wish it was attached to the actual lace as those thin straps are bothering me.

No actress today combines beauty, class, style and talent better than Charlize. Hopefully Young Adult gets some award attention so we get see more of her dazzling red carpet looks.
I agree with some are saying about the hair. She would look killer with the Veronica Lake side-swept hair if she had more length and fullness. Her hair is kind of weak.

Lovely as usual. Charlize definitely knows what works for her and she makes this simple shift work. I actually don’t mind the simple hair and neutral lip but I would have softened the copped on the lower lash line. Copper can have the effect of making your eyes look a little red and sore.
I was thinking she looked tired but maybe it’s the copper eyeshadow…
