Elizabeth Olsen continues to be the only Olsen sibling whose style I really love.
Last night she attended the ‘Martha Marcy May Marlene’ New York Film Festival premiere wearing Alexander McQueen.
Her navy-halter black dress had a pleated, tiered neckline, a ruffled skirt with a sheer panel and a gold embellished waistband.
The black and gold theme continued as she carried an Alexander McQueen skull-clasp clutch and black velvet Alexander McQueen embellished wedges.
I love the top knot and the deep red lip colour.
I’m glad to see her wearing something outside of her comfort zone.

Oooh! Love this! BDOTW Please!
LOOOOVE !
She looks better than her sisters… But she also looks 47….what is this Olsen da pus for?
+1. She seriously looks 47.
Sorry that should have been famous for …
Those shoes… I am speechless! What an incredible work of art- I would just display them on the mantle- forget wearing them.
I really like this girl’s style! I don’t really see her in this dress, but it’s great that she’s not afraid to mix things up a little. Hair and make-up are great. Oh, and those shoes!!
shes the best dress olsen.
i dont get the twins style. wearing x large is not my style.
but what ever floats their boat.
GREAT LOOK. Flawless hair, make up and accessories. So jealous that she’s got such access to designers thanks to her sisters but I’m glad she seems to be a hard worker, she studied before she started acting and it seems to have paid off.
P.S. Glad the site’s back FC!
I just feel like pulling at my collar when i look at this… i just looks kinda suffocating!
she looks ridicilous.
Even that she’s taller than her famous sisters, she looks soooooo short in this combination.
Bad, bad, bad.
She is gorgeous and has a great sense of style, but I don’t like the topknot and dark red lips with this collar–she looks like a little French clown. But she has a great future in fashion.
Agree. The topknot plus collar is too much. But the accessories! Love the belt, shoes and clutch.
She’s got much better style than her sisters. I like this look.
same here.
Although I don’t adore this look, I don’t find it particularly flattering and because she has such great colouring and is just so gorgoeus I think the more grecian and ‘easy’ pieces, like the lace the row dress she wore a few months ago, suit her better, but I find what she is doing with her style very clever. She isn’t at all predictable, which is a great thing, and she is differentiating herelf form her sisters, and the shoes are gorgeous. Red nails to match th elips would have made the look a little more congruous. I cannot wait to se what she treats us to next.
The shoes are just TDF!!!!!!!!
She looks fabulous! I love the shoes! And the top knot isn’t centered, but I kind of love it for that reason!
that collar bothers me so much they remind me of clowns.
minus the collar the look is gorgeous.
She looks so pretty. I agree this BDOTW worthy
Spectacular shoes but in this case are truly an OVERKILL, with all these ruffles and embellishments going on already. It`s just too much overall.
BDOTW! she looks really gorgeous here
love the makeup and the hair.
I don’t like the waistband and I wish she would have modified the neckline because you need a long neck to pull this dress off.
Fabulous shoes though.
Well, well, well – looks who is walking all over her tits!
It’s the high neck that kills this look – it creates an illusion of her breasts being much lower than they are due to the amount of dress between the start of her breasts and her neck.
I imagine this only looks good on someone very flat-chested.
Good Lord those shoes are AMAZING.
Agreed FC. This is definitely outside her comfort zone, and it paid off. She looks so chic! BDOTW from head to toe.
“Hi, is that Elizabeth? This is BDOTW calling…”
I’m honestly not loving this on her at all. It shortens her and makes her look, well, fat (which she isn’t). I love the Olsens style but I haven’t latched on to anything Elizabeth has worn because I ever see her dressing for her body type.
This is unexpectedly good..like a chocolate fondant with a surprising gooey centre..the twins had better watch out.
I feel like its a little too ‘by the books’ vs. the twins who have a natural ability to mix designers and just put together ‘looks’. To me, this looks very commercial and unnatural, like she went to Barneys or even the McQueen store and bought these off the rack to create this look.
Make sense?
Divine shoes! would love this dress without that extra ruffle and sheer insert but I have to say she pulls this off for me. It gives her a lovely shape and it’s edgy but still very elegant with that high neckline.
Love this look… those shoes are heavenly!
I love the risk and hope she keeps it up, but, imo, this look isn’t working on her.
I thinks she looks magnifique. I mean the shoes alone should get her on to BDOTW poll,
