Cheryl Cole attended the 2011 Pride of Britain Awards 2011 which was held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London last night.
The former X Factor judge wore a beautiful Victoria Beckham Spring 2011 gown.
This is the first time the former WAG has worn a dress from VB’s dress collection.
Her floor-length pink crepe gown with a panelled waist and an exposed zip detail at the back show off her gorgeous figure.
Unfortunately, however, the hair and makeup ruin the look for me.
I’ve never been a fan of this current hair colour and with those dark roots I’m disliking it further.
I also believe that her makeup is too dark and heavy for such a beautiful light-coloured gown.
This could’ve been an amazing look, but from the neck up (save the earrings) I’m not a fan.

Agree, everything else i so great except the hair. That hair color doesn’t do anything for her. What a shame.
She is simply stunning!
I agree the make up is little bit heavy but I don’t think it ruins the look at all, and I love the shimmer/glitter on her arms.
On other pictures, you can see that the dress is very flattering to her silouhette. Her recent red carpets have been really impressive, I think she has her mojo back!
It’s only Tuesday but I don’t think anyone will top that, she is BDOTW for me.

I think the eye makeup is too heavy. She is pretty she doesn’t need all that makeup caked on. I like her hair and the dress looks good on her.

Pet peeve–how can she move in this dress it is a good 6 inches too long.

The hair is just too poofy and her eye makeup too dark. Exposed zippers like that are just distracting and unattractive, IMO.
think shes inspired by the dark eye makeup on the model but yeah she looks like crap with makeup like this. such a waste, imagine soft eyes, lips, and a hint of rosy glow would have perfected this look.

I won;t even comment on the hair and makeup, because you said it all, but my biggest issue is the fit. On the model it cinches in slightly above the knee, around the mid thigh, before flaring out slightly into a skirt, but on cheryl it is more like the knee area, and so isn’t very flattering is is just way too long. Also I wanted either Zoe Saldana or VB herself to wear this, so if it wan’t amazing it just wouldnt have worked for me anyway.

The dress itself is quite beautiful, I love the color and the silver zip, but I don’t like the fit on her. hair and make up are ugly and tacky, as usual.
Why does she have to wear so much makeup, constantly? So tacky.
Also the hair is terrible (but I’ve never been a fan of her “big hair” from before actually), and I don’t like the silver zipper: without it, I would love the dress.
