I saw Carine Roitfeld at Chloe’s Spring 2012 presentation yesterday in Paris.
The former editor-in-chief of French Vogue is, like Anna Wintour, already wearing a Spring 2012 look.
Carine paired a nude blouse with a Givenchy Spring 2012 skirt.
The Givenchy Spring 2012 collection was only presented on Sunday, so that is the quickest runway-to-red-carpet item we’ve seen this season.
Her beautiful white skirt with a satin panel and slate grey underskirt was paired with nude sandals.
It looks like she’s moved on from wearing the same Alaia heels with every look.

I think Natalia Vodianova takes home the quickest runway-to-red-carpet-item award, as she wore a Givenchy spring 2012 shiny dress at the Givenchy after party, moments after the show!

This is soooo perfect from the neck down (her hair looks greasy)!
You know, I loved the Chloe looks but this absolutely does not work. To me, it looks sloppy – the hair is bad, makeup too dark, and it’s overall a questionable choice for her. The look appears to depend on its flawless cut and shadow-play, with the layering and texturing going on. Roitfeld has altered the skirt and it just looks awkward.

The shoes are reading black on my computer. Would adore it, with nude. Chic and sexy.

I absolutely adore Givenchy collection this season. Glamorous, attitude, feminism. One of the best I’ve ever seen.
while i don’t find myself bowled over by the entire outfit or how she chose to accessorize it, i do count myself quite impressed that she could pick up this must-have item without some lofty title.
I like it from head to ankles, I don’t like the shoes, but the skirt is beautiful.
That skirt is beautiful, too bad her hair is awful and the shoes are ugly.
