Heidi Klum attended the amfAR Milano 2011 at La Permanente in Milan, Italy on Friday night.

The “Project Runway” host looked beautiful wearing a Roberto Cavalli gown.

In the US, Heidi is all about Michael Kors, but in Europe she nearly always dons Cavalli.

Her lightly embellished strapless gown in shimmering silver has a ruffled tiered skirt.

It’s such a simple look, but with her beauty and that smile it is sensational.

Accessories included dazzling jewels and a feathered Christian Louboutin ‘Sweet Charity Woodoo’ clutch.

Pink lips and side-swept hair completed her look.

Jil Sander’s Spring 2012 was one of my favourite presentations this fashion week.

The 50s-inspired collection started off with several clean, crisp white knee-length dresses paired with white lace-up boots.

After the third or fourth dress we started to believe this was going to be an all-white purity collection before models took to the runway wearing paisley and gingham prints, plus we saw a selection of black, green and yellow looks.

This minimal, modern collection presented lean pant suits, layered separates, shift dresses, shorts paired with tailored blazers, graphic knit sweaters paired with full white skirts, and short-sleeve shirts paired with fluid organza skirts.

Shirt-dress-inspired gowns, which could work as wedding gowns, closed the show.

Key accessories included veiled beanie hats, bags and clutches, plus chunky heel pumps in a range of colours and patent ankle boots.

Erickson Beamon teamed up with designer Raf Simons to create the crystal earrings. They also created jewelled brooches which were added to dresses to provide an elegant finishing touch.

Front Row: Anna Dello Russo and all the top editors

Favourites: Paisley print top with navy skirt and graphic knit top with gingham pants

Who I See Wearing This Collection: Tilda Swinton, Cate Blanchett, Diane Lane, Karen Elson, Erin O’Connor

MORE FROM RED CARPET FASHION AWARDS:

Jessica Lowndes walked the red carpet at the Teen Vogue’s Young Hollywood Party which was held at Paramount Studios on Friday night.

The “90210″ actress wore a Camilla and Marc ‘Sallow’ dress from the Fall 2011 collection.

Her white strapless dress with a layered tulip skirt was teamed with Giuseppe Zanotti red satin peep-toe slingbacks to match her red lips and the red polka dots on her dress.

A braided hairstyle and David Yurman jewels completed her look.

I’m finding it very difficult to get excited about this look considering this is pretty standard for Jessica and I feel like I’ve seen it from her many times before.

Donatella Versace took us under the sea for her Versace Spring 2012 collection.

The marine life theme translated into starfish, seashells, mermaids and seahorses which appeared in prints, studs and sequin embellishments.

On a colour palette of lemon, lilac, sea blue, white and mint green, Donatella showcased pencil skirts paired with bandeau tops, short sets, studded biker jackets, mini-skirts with flounced hemlines, and sleeveless dresses with draped details.

Within the middle of the collection we saw a selection of mostly embellished LBDs which made your eyes water.

Signature sexy, figure-hugging gowns – which we will most definitely see on the red carpet – followed.

Liz Hurley will be in her element as most had thigh-high splits.

Key accessories included studded clutches and bags plus Lucite wedges.

The models had big, bouncy blow-outs courtesy of Guido Palau, whilst their makeup was soft and fresh with perfectly sculpted brows thanks to Pat McGrath.

Favourites: Lemon biker jacket, bandeau and studded pencil skirt and black studded strapless mini dress with draped pleated detail

Who I See Wearing This Collection: Blake Lively, Fergie, Rihanna, Leighton Meester, Zooey Deschanel, Mila Kunis, Minka Kelly, Hilary Swank, Penelope Cruz, Chloe Moretz, Daisy Lowe, Jamie King, Lea Michele, Zoe Kravitz, Jamie Chung, Emma Stone, Leslie Mann, Rachel Bilson, Eva Mendes, Cameron Diaz and Katie Cassidy

Eva Longoria joined her castmates to attend the “Desperate Housewives” Final Season Kick-Off Party at Universal Studios in California last week.

The actress wore an Alberta Ferretti Fall 2011 dress.

Her black chiffon cocktail dress with feather and embroidered details were predictably paired with black satin Brian Atwood ‘Maniac’ pumps.

I’m not as excited about this look on Eva as I was on the model.

The dress is less overwhelming on the model who has a long neck.

I feel like I have travel to many faraway places this Fashion Week. On Friday the Moschino Spring 2012 collection took me to Mexico.

Models stormed the runway wearing matador-inspired embellished and embroidered boleros which were paired with toreador hats and leggings.

There were a lot of other fun pieces which were Mexican-inspired like the fringed ponchos, peasant dresses, sexy ruffled dresses and Frida-inspired headpieces.

On a colour palette of gold, black, yellow and beige, we saw ultra-short embellished dresses, smock tops, floral print peasant skirts and embroidered shorts.

Apart from the toreador hats, other key accessories included ankle-wrap wedges, crucifixes, cat-eye sunglasses, gold hooped earrings, beaded clutches, woven clutches and fringed bags.

The models without the fascinators or the toreador hats sported Frida-inspired braided hairstyles.

I love the mixture of high-impact pieces with romantic dresses and drop-waist gowns.

Favourites: Yellow ruffled dress and printed blouse paired with sunflower skirt

Who I See Wearing This Collection: Anna Dello Russo, Fan Bing Bing and Zoe Saldana
