Chloe Moretz attended the World Premiere of ‘Iris’ in LA last night.
We have criticized the youngster’s red carpet looks recently for not being quite age-appropriate.
On this occasion she was age-appropriate and pout-free, wearing a leather biker jacket with Stella McCartney lace leggings and black strappy embellished sandals.
These mustard and black lace leggings are yet another Spring 2012 preview. The first came from Naomi Watts just last week.
Stella is very much a celebrity favourite, so I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw another preview before her show next week.
The teenager opted to go makeup free and wore her hair back in a low ponytail.

Finally the heavens have parted and there is a kid on the red carpet that actually looks like a stylish kid WITH NO MAKEUP!
I’ve met some adults that would trample your grandmother for that skin, its gorgeous and clear and fresh. By far her best accessory.
I like the bottom half of the outfit but I would prefer the jacket with a different top and no middle part, it all adds up to look a bit too boyish but the leggings and heels are faboosh!
Something about this look isn’t quite working for me.

i still think that the shoes are too grownup for her. the rest of the outfit works.
Both the shoes (love them) and the lace leggings don´t seem to be age appropriate to me.

Are those heels I see? Too old for her, definitely.
Didn’t like at first, but upon closer inspection the pants are flattering and the shoes FAB. I think if she didn’t have such a big square of black on top, maybe if the shirt had a lower but not too revealing neckline it would work better.
Even just a v-neck would have helped.
I almost feel that this look is too harsh/aggressive for someone as young as Chloe. I just really hope that there’s no Taylor Momsen-like transformation in the near future.
I predict that there will be sadly.
Would love to make a bet on that.

I love the pants and heels but I think the jacket is a little too heavy. Gorgeous girl.
She should lose the jacket, it makes her look too tough and doesnt look right juxtapose to the lace…. there is an art to mixing delicate and tough pieces and its not working here for me.
