Lea Michele was honoured at Variety’s 3rd Annual Power Of Women luncheon which was held in Beverly Hills on Friday night.
The ‘Glee’ star donned a Katharine Kidd Spring 2012 mini dress which showed off her toned legs.
Her ivory organza jacquard dress has an iridescent chiffon contrast and puff sleeves.
Lea’s accessories included gold Christian Louboutin sandals, a beige Fendi clutch and Melinda Maria gold dangle earrings.
A purposely messy updo and pink lips provided the finishing touches to her look.
I think Lea is back on the right path. When she’s not trying too hard, she’s a delight on the red carpet. This is one of those moments.

How to Achieve the Classic Blowout

She looks effortlessly beautiful here. That dress is gorgeous on her, love it.
+1. Love!
Not a fan of this look, I can’t put my finger on it. Also, I don’t care for that nail polish with her skin color – and is that a tatoo? So sick of tats…….
Yes, that is a tat. Lea has 9 (I think) small ones. There not too noticeable most of the times.
This dress is just so utterly déja-vu for me, it is a pretty standard look from any red carpet starlet, btu especially her, it is like an ivory melging of her michael kors hot pink mini from the other day and her red marchesa from the emmys.
She looks lovely, but I find the dress a tad boring.
I must admit it’s refreshing to see her not trying too hard or acting like a total diva. Still, i’m not sold by this outfit, I think it’s the puffy sleeves, and the fit, which is not the best. I like the nail polish, though
i like the accessoires more than i like the dress. That is only meh for me.
Love !
I don’t care for the dress.
I like the dress, but I’m not feeling the makeup or hair. It feels too juvenile to me.
Lovely, I like it . Adore the sandals and the clutch. The dress looks so nice on her, shows off her great toned legs.
ugly dress. the fact it looks as though she just put a camisole under it makes it worse.
cute clutch though.
I’m not normally a fan of short puffy sleeves, but I like her alot here, she looks very pretty in a sweet and not diva-ish way
Its a simple look, and it looks really nice. I wish she could stop talking the way she does, more people would love her
There’s too much puffy and shiny and sheer on that dress. I like the ring, though.
should read “and”, not Hand.
my touch pad plays tricks on me.
She looks lovely, but there’s nothing memorable about the look.
A great look for her. She always look best when she doesnt try so hard. I think she tends to fail at events where she thinks an attitude is required e.g. Grammys
Im starting to think that she only brings out the sexy face when she knows she doesnt look good. When she is feeling more confident, she smiles a lot more.
Im not really feeling the dress but her hair, makeup, and accessories are all amazing.
Cutsey cutesy approach isn’t working for me.
I agree that she doesn’t seem like shes trying uper hard. I stil don’t like the dress. I like her ring and the clutch
