There was no question that Nina Dobrev was the best dressed this week.
She looked stunning wearing a Donna Karan scarlet gown to the 2011 Emmy Awards.
“The Vampire Diaries” actress rarely stands out on the red carpet, but on this occasion she left more established actresses in the shade.
Her gown could’ve overwhelmed her, but she worked it like Megan Fox (sans pout).
Leighton Meester was my second favourite.

Im never going to understand the love for this dress. I guess its nice considering this is the first time she has actually worn a) a dress that fits b)a dress that doesnt make her look like a 12 year old.
