Rosario Dawson also wore a gorgeous gown to the Raisa Gorbachev Foundation’s annual party which was held at Stud House, Hampton Court in London last night.
The actress who has been in town for London Fashion Week arrived wearing an Alessandra Rich lace and pleated jersey-twill gown from the Fall 2011 collection.
Her gown is stunning. I love that she’s working that thigh-high pleated split.
It’s been a while since I was this floored by Rosario.
The only thing that lets her down are her red suede Christian Louboutin ‘Daffodil’ pumps, despite them being on-trend.
I love the unexpected pop of red which matches her lip colour, but did they really need to be so heavy for such a light and pretty gown?

Love the gown, gorgeous, she`s really working that thigh-high split! (But I predict a few “curtain/table cloth” comments).
Wish she`d stepped outside that circle so that those horrendous “Daffopumps” (Die already!) blend, at least partially, with the carpet.
She looks stunning which doesn’t always happen so I’ll look past the shoes which don’t bother me horribly.
She is breathtaking. And I don’t think I’ve ever said that about her before.

Well, that dress looks a whole lot better on her than it does on the runway model, I will say that!
I don’t like that cream/pale yellow colored fabric with the white lace. I think it would look better in the same color-way……..
The shoes kind of ruin the look. They are way too heavy for this dress. If she had worn a pair of simpler, more delicate pumps or sandals, it would have been much better.

Love the gown, but not on Rosario. I think she is too broad shouldered for it and the arms look too tight.
(Though at the other extreme, I didnt care for how it looked on the model)

I don’t like this gown on her. The top half looks a little too snug for her broad shoulders. Girlfriend needs to show off those arms!
I’m slowly getting tired of that. It looked hot when some stars wore red shoes or other accessoires to white dresses but now everyone is doing it.
Why oh why had she go and ruin this dress with those pumps? Someone should buy all pairs of daffodils and burn them on fire, celebrating their death!
